Vibration investigation identified mechanical looseness at the interface between the blower base, the support frame and the foundation. Progressive bolt loosening and degraded grout reduced stiffness and led to elevated vibration. Corrective actions included regrouting and leveling, proper anchoring and torque verification, and adding diagonal bracing where required.
