Vibration investigation identified mechanical looseness at the machine base and the baseplate to foundation interface. Corrective actions included regrouting and leveling, restoring anchor bolt preload, using proper washers and sleeves, verifying base flatness and eliminating soft foot, followed by shaft alignment.
