A series of inductive heaters designed to free seized bolts, nuts and stuck metallic parts by
heating the workpiece locally and rapidly.
Induction heating is safer and more precise than open flame or hot-air guns: the tool itself
stays cool, heat is generated inside the metal part, there’s minimal risk to nearby cables/paint/seals, and
energy consumption is significantly lower.
Each unit is supplied with a coil set for different diameters, matched to common fasteners and
components. Flexible coils are available for irregular shapes, and coil swaps take seconds so stubborn fasteners
can be released quickly with less collateral damage.
- Typical uses: rusted fasteners, pins and bushings, couplings, sleeves, small bearings
- Benefits: fast, targeted heating; reduced fire risk; no open flame; lower energy use
- Non-contact method that helps preserve adjacent components and finishes
